DESCRIPTION:Alongside Alistair Williams will be Francis Foster\, Kelli! Taylor & Darius Davies/strong> \nHaving consistently sold out shows in London for the past 5 years\, Comedy Unleashed brings more of its refreshing brand of stand-up comedy to The HiFi Club in Leeds. \nComedy Unleashed nights showcase comedians who have a spirit of exploration\, are counter-cultural and eschew the bland and predictable. And\, if a comedian gets cancelled\, we like to put them on. The audience should be the only judge and if something is funny. \nAlistair Williams\nAlistair won Comedian of the Year 2023 – as voted by a live audience\, not comedy industry wonks. Despite this\, Alistair is excluded from many comedy clubs and banned from YouTube\, Alistair Williams is utterly counter-cultural and bloody hilarious. \nFrancis Foster\nFrancis is the co-host of popular YouTube and podcast TRIGGERNomentry. He’s a top stand-up comic too. \nKelli! Taylor\nKelly is a celebrity hairdresser from Hull. She lives\, laughs\, and loves. \nDarius Davies\nDarius cut his teeth in the comedy clubs of New York city. Due to “visa irregularities” Darius soon found himself back\, and uncelebrated in London. He’s a distinct voice in a sea of ubiquity and fearless in his belief in what is funny and forging his own path. High energy\, captivating and fuelled with passion\, soul and wit. \nDoors: 6:30pm until 10:00pm with the first comedian onstage at 7:30pm. Please arrive at the venue by 7:00pm so you can get a drink and get sat down before the first act. If you turn up after 7:00pm you may have to wait until the next available interval to be allowed in. \nTickets are sold for the Comedy Night as an event and not for individual comedians. Line-ups are subject to change. All acts are confirmed at time of booking. Occasionally\, acts may be replaced for reasons beyond our control. If this happens the act will be replaced with a suitable alternative. We do our best to keep the listings (on our calendar page) as up to date as feasibly possible with the current situation. If this causes any major inconvenience\, please contact info@thehificlub.co.uk. \nFancy dress is not permitted. At the discretion of management and security of The HiFi Club\, same sex groups of 5 or more may be asked for a behavioural bond of £10 per person upon entry to ensure the smooth running of the comedy show.
