For our next party at the newly revamped HifI we are delighted to herald the start of the festive period with a debut Leeds set from Manuel Darquart.

Making his way from the red-lit basements of London town to DJ booths around the world thanks to a keen ear for iridescent house music that’ll make you feel like you’re dancing under the stars at a party that you never want to end, the New Zealand producer, DJ and broadcaster has honed a hot, balmy house sound over the last several years with a run of hit records on underground staples such as Semi Delicious, Wolf Music and Slam City Jams.

Then there’s the long-running Rinse FM show that sees Manuel spin an irrefutable mix of Italo disco and silky house music alongside the best new Balearic curveballs and head spinning B sides. With a knack for ecstatic melodies and an irresistible groove, Manuel Darquart knows how to lock down the dance-floor and elevate the party.
